When will my order ship?

Everything in our shop is handmade and made to order, so please allow additional time for us to make and package your item.

Here are the processing times for all of our products:

  • Prints: ship out in 2 business days
  • Stickers, Coasters and Tile Signs: ship out in 3 business days
  • All custom orders ship out in 7-9 business days

Do you take custom orders?

Yes! Custom orders are available for all of our designs— as prints, coasters, tile signs, and poster hangers. A custom design can be made for any city or town. Visit our “Custom Orders” section to see everything that is available.

Custom orders ship out in 7-9 business days, and you’ll receive a preview of the design via email before it’s shipped.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All retail orders ship for free, with standard shipping. There is a shipping fee if you upgrade to express shipping. 

What shipping provider do you use? And how long does shipping take?

We ship our orders via USPS Ground Advantage. Once the item has been shipped it typically takes 2-5 business days to arrive.

If you’d like your item to arrive faster, you can upgrade to Express shipping at checkout. Express shipping is 1-2 business days in transit via USPS Priority Mail Express.

I need to change/cancel my order. Is that possible?

If you need to change your shipping address, adjust your order, or cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. You can contact us by emailing  info@sparkshousecoshop.com. We will do our best to accommodate you as long as the order has not shipped yet. Please include your order # in the email. 

My package is being returned to sender. Will I still receive my order?

If your order is being returned to sender due to an incorrect shipping address we will reach out to you for a correct address, and then we will ship it out to the new address once the item has been returned back to us.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If you'd like to make a return or exchange please first email us at info@sparkshousecoshop.com with your order # and the item you'd like to return.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. In your return package, please include a note with your order # and the item you are returning/exchanging. Once we’ve received the return your refund/exchange will be processed.

What if my package arrives damaged?

If your order was damaged in transit we will send you a replacement ASAP. Please reach out to us at info@sparkshousecoshop.com with a photo of the damage and your order # and then we’ll get a new item sent out to you. 

What if my package is lost in transit?

If the tracking on your order has not updated for 2 weeks we consider that “lost in transit” and will send you out a replacement. Additionally, if your package has been marked as “delivered” for 3 days and you still haven’t received it in your mailbox we consider that “lost in transit” as well. Please email us at info@sparkhousecoshop.com with your order # if your package appears to be lost in transit, and we’ll get a new item sent out ASAP.
